Aspiring developer working from the depths of my bedroom | Looking for Summer 2022 Software Internship Roles.
I'm an 18 year old student at the University of Waterloo, currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Mathematics.
I started learning programming on my own in around December 2020 and have been picking up skills off of YouTube and W3schools since then. I made this site out of sheer desperation after seeing people my age who apparently learned to code in 17+ languages before they could walk.
I love tackling challenging problems with coding, and thats actually how I learned my first language. I use websites like DMOJ to practice using the stuff I learn to solve coding competition questions. I have since developed a chronic addiction to green checkmarks.
I don't have much experience in the field yet, but I'm a pretty fast learner and I can take initiative as well as work well with teams and have done so at work in the past, just not as a software developer. I'd appreciate a chance.
